Images may not be copied, downloaded, reproduced, or used in any form without prior written permission from ITLGM Photography. Clients receive usage rights for their commissioned images under the licensing terms agreed for each project, those rights apply to the delivered images, not to other content on this site.

Contact form: name, email, phone (optional), and your message, used
solely to respond to your inquiry and follow up on potential work. Legal
basis: taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries.
WhatsApp contact: if you contact us via WhatsApp, your use of WhatsApp
is governed by WhatsApp’s own privacy policy.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Inquiry data is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting project, after which it is deleted. Project records (including signed image-consent forms) are retained as required for legal and contractual purposes.
Your data may be processed by the technical providers that run this website.
